PART - 10



Old mudded and haunted looking villa. Maan standing silent and staring without a blink. An old swing,waving on the tunes of wild wind,sending him into a reeling tumble of memories. The place hadn't changed at all in past decade,as if time had stood still. May be it had. Damn,the wounds that had been inflicted here still fresh as if it had all happened yesterday. Without a doubt,his pride still stung.

Maan's dark eyes filled with immence pain and lonliness. This is the place where once he lived his happiness,but he also loose his everything there only. Maan clenhed his eyes harder as much he can and left place in hurry as he running from his past.

Maan returns to KC. He came early from his daily routine. Geet is better now. Though it aint easy to get rid of those marks but still in his care she start recovering. She was sitting in hall when he came back. Both's eyes met for a while. Filled with doubts she start moving from there. He may not like her presence and she dont wanna make him more upset,as in a just a few sec of their eye lock she scanned the sore in his eyes.

Today his eyes were diffrent from usual. They have a pain which he always hide from the outer world. From his past behaviour she got that he had troubled with her family. She dont know what was the reason but can able to assume that he was hurted badly and because of her father. She even wanna ask for the reason but his glares and words shattred her courage and she sealed her mouth.

Maan swallowed his feelings. He controlled his emotions,as he couldn't afford to be sentimental and emotional. Geet's anklet grab his attention and he come back to his senses completely. He saw her moving and realize that she was still in her old clothes.

Maan stopped her instantly. 'Geet stop.' his words make her tremble.unknown fear surged through her. She thought might her presence disturbs him and now he will scold her. Maan moved towards her. She was trembeling like a dry leaf,not couraged to glance at him. 'Geet why dont you change your suit? I send you suits in the morning and Sasha too came here of other necessary things,then why the hell are you wont changed?' suddenly his anger rosed and as she was expecting he yelled on her.

Geet glancing upwards in his eyes innocently. Her eyes turn wet but she hold her teras in her eyes only. Maan sensed and mild his tone. 'relax. Ab btao kyu nahi change kiye? Dont you like the colours and designs?' He tryied to behave polite with her.

Geet gulp her saliva. 'aapne kapde bheje the,par btaya nahi kab pehnane hai.' she confessed innocently in almost whispering voice.

Maan wasnt expecting this reply atleast. His eyes widened with shock,not able to understand what she is saying. 'kya matlab?'

'ha wo ghar pe jab lawyer uncle aate hai tab bua aise suit pehnane ko kehti hai. Par apne nahi btaya ki kab pehnane hai.' Unknowingly she revealed one more bitter truth of her miserable life.

Adi's word echoed in his mind,about her condition in Singhania house. Maan now get more suspecious. Many thoughts messed up his mind. On one side her words filled him with rage and anger for Sumer and on the other hands he was forced to think why the hell Sumer torturing his own daughter. His fists clenched hard and muscles turned promenient. He stare her and she glancing him silently waiting for his reply. 'Geet ab se tume daily woi kapde pehnane hai. Isliye ab jao or filhal night dress pehan lo.' Maan instruct her but in a soft manner. Geet only nodding and start moving but he stop her again. 'Geet ek min. Unme se koi b dress dobara mat pehnana. Next month new dresses aa jayegi. Ok?' he told her and she nodded again. 'khana khaya?' she replied yes and he allowed her to go and take rest.

Geet moved to her room and Maan in his study. He was so confused with her condition and facts he found about her.


Four days had passed and Sumer had no clue about both. He was lost in his thought when Rahul eneters in his cabin.




Rahul,Kaamini's son who was not in india from past one year. 'mamaji ye main kya sunn ra hu,Geet bhag gai?' With the enterance he just taunts him.

'Rahul tum kab aaye?', Sumer asked rudely.

'main kab aaya wo chhodiye or ye btayiye wo nikali kaise? Isiliye main apse bol ra tha,par aap mane tab na. Main jab tak yaha tha uski zuban bahar nahi aati thi or ab dekhiye kya hua?' Rahul taunts his uncle.

"Hum us baat pe behas na hi kare to achha hai. Tum bhi jante ho tumhari mom or maine ye decision kyu liya tha. Filhaal to ye sochna hai ki use wapis kaise laya jaye.", Sumer snap back and advised him to focus on getting her back.

Meantime his PA cameinside with all the information he collect about MSK. "Sir ye hai KGI k chairman mr MSK." He showed his pic and Sumer's eyes widened with shock. He was the same who kidnapped Geet from SM.

Seeing his weired gestures Rahul enquired. "Kya hua mamaji aap itna shock me kyu hai or kon hai ye Maan Singh Khurana jiske baare me aap pata lagva rae hai?", he get curious.

"Rahul ab pata chal gaya Geet kaha hai. Ye woi hai jo us dinn Geet ko SM se le gaya tha. Yahi hai jo business me bhi mujhe nuksan pahucha raha hai. Suraj or kya pata chala hai iske bare me?" Sumer's eyes gleamed as now he knew about her whereabouts.

"Sir zada kuchh nahi bas itna ki canada based hai or bahut hi khatrnak type ka insan hai. Marne se pehle ek sec k liye b nahi sochta." His PA cautioned him in trembled voice.

"Suraj you wanna scared me?" Sumer shout hearing his praise.

"No sir maine woi btaya jo pta chala hai. Bussiness world me koi b isse dushmani nahi leta kyunki mercy word iski dictionary me hai hi nahi." Suraj added.

"Tab or b maza aayega ise khtam karne me." Rahul intrupts. "Mamaji leave him on me. Main ise bhi dekh lunga or us Geet ko bhi." A crooked smile come on his wicked face. "Or is baar Geet ko mujhse koi nahi bacha payega." He thought in his mind.

"Nai Rahul hume bahut soch samjhkar kaam karna hoga." Sumer stopped him for taking any action at his own. Rahul fumed but agreed.

Maan decided to stay home today. He was doing his work in study when she hear the chimming sound of her anklets. Unwantedly his attentions diverted. He come out of his study and followed the voice. Geet is running outside to roam in garden. She was dressedup in the same clothes he brought for her. She looks so adorable and on that her smile is enoughto make surrender anyone to her. Maan was too spell bound. His eyes roamed in the direction where she moves. Suddenly he saw her running towards the Main exit. Maan alerts and instantly ran behind her. He saw she was running behind a small puppy who was about to cruch anytime by some car. But in this she forgot both of his warning and a danger coming towards her in firm of car.

Maan reached on time and saved her. Car passed just a few inch away. Maan shouts on her but it was not his anger but his care for her. He ckenched her forearm and dragged her inside. "Mana kiya tha na maine bahar jane k liye firr kyu gai thi? Do you have any idea what had happened if I am not came on time?", he showering his agony in firm of anger and Geet is just stood numb snuggling the puppy. She staring him with her watery eyes. Maan wasn't calm yet. "Kya? Bolo kyu gai thi?"

Geet showed him the scared puppy. "Ye marr jata wo car k nechhe aake." She told him meakly.

"So what? Is faltu puppy k liye tum apni zaan khatre me kaise daal skti ho?", His anger rosed. The thought of mishappenning still haunting him.

"Ye faltu nahi hai. Isme bhi jaan hai. Isko b dard hota hai. Dard to sabko hota hai or ye mujhse behtar koi nahi samjh skta." Geet whimpered on his harsh words but she poured out her feelings.

After hearing this Maan calmed instantly. He just stare her in amusement and forced to think what she is made of. "Tume ye rakhna hai?" He quickly changed the topic seeing her tears.

"Agar aap nahi chahte to main nahi rakhungi." She said in such a cute voice makibg baby face that took away his all anger.

"No its ok. Rakh lo. Par ainda sa mujhe puchhe bina tum is ghar k bahar kahi nahi jaogi samjhi tum?" He allowed but commands her strongly. Geet nodded and went inside. She is moving to her room, when stopped by Maan again. "Geet us lawyer ka naam kya hai jo tumse milne aata tha?" As much he observe her his curiosity rosed to know about her. She is reminding him of someone from his beautiful past.

"Mr. Aditya Sharma." She confirmed shortly and moved inside. Maan again lost in his thoughts.

"Mr. Sharma se to milna hi padega. Pata nahi kyu par iski har baat mujhe... khaskar k iski aankhe. Par aisa nahi hoskta. Ye meri Mishti nahi ho skti." He thought and instructs his men. They followed his instruction and brought the lawyer to his place. It was a dark room and mr. Aaditya was sitting enclosed with his men... ...
