fame Gurukul

Fame gurukul *********- its no longer a singing talent show; it is a politics talent show now. Moreover the singing standard is going down every day - you simply cannot compare it with the likes of Saregama. I see a bunch of below standard singers like Qazi being praised by so called intellectuals and the great indian audience. I feel that people should stop watching this show.The fomat of this show needs to be changed to do justice to people who are really talented - we understand that the audience vote earns a lot of revenue for the sponsors, but it also helps below standard singers. I also do not understand why it is called a reality show - I think it is a poor copy of shows abroad.

no offense to Qazi fans . But he's got to go , he's no good !!I just find him getting on my nerves . I totally agree that they need to change the format of this show . I was shocked when i saw that contesstants vote each other out ,good grief !! Thats stupidest thing to do , politically inclined contestant will easily vote the better singer out !!And thus elimanate his or her competion or threat !!They must change this especially .

It indeed is motivated by shows in forign countries...!!! But I guess its all about the promotion ... Sare Gama pPa leave all its singers high and dry after they turn out winners...

Sony has a more marketeable strategy ... They do seem to give lucrative contracts to winners on their show Indan Idol, fame gurukul ..etc.

Bear in mind that Sony TV seems to be the only channel that promotes awards amongst its fellow actors .. I mean their sitcom actors who earn their bread and butter....

Zee and other channels dont bother to do so... But they they spend millions of rupees holding their own version of bollywood awards show..that too in foreign countries ..paying airtrip/passage fares for bollywod actors to their awards shows.... All in all Zee dont seem to promote their own TV serial actors/acresses ...

Sony seems to be tapping the younger generation...They seems to be more comfortable to relating to the younger audience.... Unlike zee

But you have to admit...Reality TV rocks .... Give it a name of singing talent competion or otherwise ... FG is more intersting to watch than sa re gama pa ...
