There is a population in the world in billions.. N we people rate them and only choose some... But do we actually know what beauty is...

What is so special about Aish or some1 who is top in the list.... Do we have to look like them to be beautiful??? Does your face only count.. Whatz so special about them that they are considered top..

I just thought I will update since everybody is talking of 2-3 year olds. I think it depends at what point of time you are at to define beauty....😊

sometimes, it is so hard to explain why you are so strongly attracted to a person....connect to a person perfectly...even w/o seeing them...that is the real beauty i guess. that mental connection that is formed without knowing whether the physical connection will be as strong or not. it's like working your way backwards....like making friends based on who they are from inside w/o even knowing how they look like from outside first.

it happened to me when i made friends here...qt, db doll, lata, cb, sri and whole bunch of others. i am sure they all are beautiful people...just did not see the physical aspect of their beauty first...was drawn to their thought process first...and that, i think, is totally awesome...totally out of this world beautiful😊

In my opinion, a beautiful person is a person that is nice, and pleasent to be around with. About the rudness thing, yes, I enevr got that concept actually! Rude + a pretty face = beautiful, do you really think that makes sense? Pretty, slim, these are all the characteritcis of a PRETTY person, not a beautiful person.

I think the beauty/beautiful has everything to do with the good feeling, immense pleasure or great satisfaction given to the heart or mind or soul...dil ko chhoone waali baat.

Its not just pretty faces I think. We call it a beautiful thought if it touches your heart, a beautiful day if it makes you feel euphoric, a beautiful design or piece of work, beautiful nature of someone when its charming or pleasing to us...or A Beautiful Mind cus its a beautiful movie 😛

But ofcourse as we all know..Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder OR beer holder ..lol dunno which one is true 😛

Nice topic Amna. They say beauty is skin deep. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Yet 1st impression matters. Even if there is something being sold in a shop they try to make a good display. Why? Because they are making it appealing to our eyes.

Yet I am sure we will all agree that we have had experience where we have taken an immense liking to someone in spite of them not looking like some Aishwarai or Hritik. Because we tapped into the person and saw the inner beauty that sparkled beyond the physical appearance.

We have so many gorgeous stars in Hollywood, for example. Yet is not Whoppie Goldberg very popular and likeable?? I just adore the lady.

Physical beauty dies but the beauty inside sparkles always.😛
