If Mamu dies its obvious separation ideally Aliya to be independant as she is also angry with parents. then i would love the German doctor get the blame some how or another he should be arrested due to death of another patient only then will Aliya be shown to be truthful.
Another is i feel Rehan will play a big part of Zain and Aliyas reunion after finding out Nafessas truth but Aliya will be too hurt by zain hence separation will continue then a determined Zain romancing Aliya.
