I think it is Arjun because why would he cry when he said i'll sleep in the hall and was sitting alone so I think it is Arjun but then why did he say that i am Sahil too

No it can't be Arjun. It really is Saahil as he is trying to expose the real killer which is.......................................................... ....SAMAY!!!
