During memory loss track she seperated "Ahem" and "Kinjal" from "Jigar" when she had a fight with Hetal. Now she says she doesn't discriminate against kids?
They are all out to get Rashi. I don't like Gopi. She should mind her own business and her own children and Rashi should mind her's. At least that's what I think,

I don't want to comment on koki coz i missed the part you have mentioned! But I would say one thing. Minding your own children? Seriously? When you live in joint family every one takes care of everyone!

I agree koki separated tolu molu and viddya when her memory was lost

I guess my view is different cause I've never lived in a joint family. But I know my mom never liked it when any of my aunts tried to discipline me or my sister. She always felt that it was her responsibility. I guess each of us have our own view. I've always been a Rashi fan so I'm biased 😛

Of course Koki discriminated between Ahem and Jigar. I remember in much earlier episodes she used to worry when Ahem wanted to stay at home due to illness o something. One time Jigar made a presentation that went well. She was so upset that Ahem will turn out like his father and so taunted him for not going for that meeting and punished him as if he is a kid 🤢
She always says that she speaks truth and blah blah, but is a delusional character

By the way, why is she not after Gopi now to wear sari? That used to be one of her issues with Rashi during the initial post marriage days

A joint family has its good and bad points.
Good point , the work is shared if other people are willing to share.
Bad points some people are used like Rashi has been using Gopi.
Some Mother in laws do no domestic work but use their bahu as servants in most cases. There are good mother in laws also

Nuclear family tend to function well but they have to make their own decision and do everything themselves which is better.

kokila never like to accept her mistakes but is very quick to accuse others and find faults.

My question though to all of you from joint families, do the aunts discipline the children? or is it up to the mother to decide? In this case, I think if Rashi allows her kids to eat out it;s her choice, not Gopi's or Koki's. Gopi shouldn't be lecturing Rashi in front of Tolu/Molu because they will undermine Rashi's ability as a parent. That's why I think each mother should be concerned for her own kids. Like I said, my family has always been nuclear so i wouldn't know.

I think mostly parents would discipline the child everyone else would get shot down for interfering family or not. Mostly because parents get touchy about someone pointing out their faults and in that blind rage any advice given is ignored. Never seen any aunt going out the way for their niece or nephews especially when they have kids of their own. Their child is their first priority and if they get their kid something they are not likely to get their niece and nephews the same thing too unless it something that not expensive or the kids parents has forbidden them from certain stuff.
