Part 4 (Final)

'What? Maan left home about 4 hours ago?' Geet was shocked & surprised after what she heard from the other end. One of the doctors who were working with Maan informed that he took a short leave & left the hospital saying that he'll be going home. 'But why didn't he call me & inform that he is coming early?' He has plenty of work left to do but why suddenly?' Geet was tensed.

'Momma why you look worried?' Sneha who spotted her mom's facial changes inquired. 'Um.. nothing baby! Let's go home soon. Geet tried Maan again but it was the same voice recording she received that the phone was switched off at the moment. She was worried about Maan & was restless till they reach home to check whether Maan has arrived or not.

It was almost 8 pm & the darkness made her more scary like never before. They arrived at home & it was more surprising to see the gate was closed the same as she left it before going to Sneha's prize giving function in the evening. Maan's car wasn't there either.

'What happened to him?' 'Has he met with an accident or what?' That feeling almost made her sick. 'Shut up Geet! why are you thinking so negatively?' She scolded herself. She couldn't thought of any other option of going inside the house with her kids. 'How can I search for him?' 'Where on earth are you Maan?' Geet was stressed out.

She woke up her kids who were already asleep inside the car after a tiring day. She took little Mahi on her arms & accompanied the other two kids inside the house. All of them were surprised at the very next moment when Geet opened the door.

The whole house was decorated with flowers & colorful balloons. There was a big banner hanging in the middle & it worded as 'Congratulations Sneha' . It didn't take a minute for Geet to realize that everything was planned by her beloved husband on behalf of their daughter.

'Whoa! what's this?' Sneha widened her eyes staring at the decorations. 'Momma! what's happening here?' Nevaan asked who was surprised to see the beautiful arrangements. 'Hey! this is like a party venue!' Mahi spoke in a delighted mood.

'Daddy?' Three of them screamed with joy at once when they spotted their father coming towards them. 'OMG! is this for real?' Sneha rubbed her eyes. Maan extended his hands for a hug from his kids. All of them hugged him tightly. Maan looked at Geet who was shedding happy tears while hugging their kids.

Geet never expected such a thing from him. She knew Maan was so busy but after all it was her loving hubby who made arrangements to celebrate their daughter's achievement. Maan was an expert in surprises.

'I'm sorry baby!' 'I couldn't attend your function.' 'I hope you'll forgive me.' Maan leaned down near Sneha & cupped her face. Sneha was running out of words. This was totally unexpected & she never thought that her dad will make her victory so special. 'Daddy! you are best dad in the whole wide world!' 'That's what all I can say!' 'I'm really sorry for being rude to you!' 'I was sad & disappointed'

'Aww Sneha. No need to talk about the past. Come let's celebrate your achievement.' Geet patted her daughter. 'Sneha, we are so proud of you darling. You made your momma & daddy proud. You made your little brother & sister proud.' Maan spoke emotionally. 'So you deserve a treat like this!' Maan gave a gentle kiss on Sneha's forehead.

'Daddy! where's ours?' Nevaan & Mahi bowed down for a kiss from their daddy! Maan & Geet smiled seeing the cute antics of their little ones. Maan kissed them & hugged them tightly with his protective arms.

'Ok it's time to cut the cake!' Maan broke the hug. 'Cake?' 'OMG daddy that's so sweet of you!' Sneha jumped with joy. Sneha cut the cake & fed everyone. Soon the kids started playing with icing. 'Wow this is so much of fun!' Nevaan ran off behind her sisters to attack them with icing.

'Oh no! Nevaan stop it!' Geet tried to stop her naughty boy. 'Geet, let them do whatever they want! Look, they are enjoying it so much.' Maan smiled looking at her kids mischievousness.

'Thank you so much Maan' Geet hugged him. 'Geet, no need to thank. They deserve it. You know what? I couldn't concentrate on any of my work today. I felt so guilty & I wanted to make this moment special & spend some quality time with you all. My happiness lies with my family.' Maan replyed back with a smile.

'Hmm.. so Dr. Maan Singh Khurana, tell me who is gonna clean up this mess?' 'See, our living room already looks like it was attacked by a tornado.' Geet complained. 'Dr. Maan Singh Khurana is at your service ma'am' Maan bowed down. That made Geet laugh out loud. The kids noticed their parents.

'Hey what's up momma?' 'Why are you laughing so hard?' Sneha questioned. 'And daddy? What are you doing bowing down?' Nevaan giggled seeing his father. Maan & Geet exchanged glances. They were smiling at each other with embarrassment.

Maan put his hand over Geet's shoulder & signaled his kids to join for a hug. They spent some quality time with each other. It was indeed an unforgettable night for Sneha, & she was proud to be Dr. Maan Singh Khurana's daughter.

abb maan ko kya hua?extra marital affair toh nehi hai na?agar hua na toh i will kill maan with my bare hands...happy fr d kids dat dey r happy now...
