Music in India cannot grow as long as you have Bollywood - Sonu Nigam - Page 2

I dont agree with him. In india, bollywood and music coexist and are interdependent. Music is the soul of Indian culture and nothing can stop it from growing. I agree that Sonu Nigam has an amazing voice and some really great songs but man if you talk to him in person, he is one of the most annoying, arrogant know it all you will ever meet. One of those people who thinks only his pov is the correct one and rest are the world is filled with morons. I met him in a couple of his concerts and I swore that day...never again!!😆

I agree. Bollywood took over and killed real music. I miss indi pop era and those albums by Anaida, Sunita Rao, Shubha Mudgal...music videos etc.

Bhusan kumar did very bad with their singers . Sonu is the reason for what T Series is now after death of gulshan kumar company was nearly at stake it was Sonu's private album's like dewana , jaan etc dat reincarnated T-Series in business and wht he have done to sonu is terrible... Though i belive its my personal opinion that if hindi films makers stop taking songs in it and make a film like Hollywood does straight forword without songs subject oriented dats only the way private independent music will work again, but time is changing toward that i am happy that some actors started singing their own songs in film :D they are no more cheating the audince, as for a fact playback thing dont exist anywhere in the world if in america Nichole kidman acts she also sings for herself, their muscians and artists are big names because their music dont depend on cinema and hollywood films they have their own identity

buhaha dude he is no salman or shahrukh to think like that way he is the humbleist star i have ever meet i meet him 3 times the respect he give to his fan one can not think of it dont potray wrong of him neither he have had attitude on going high like all these so called bollywood actors who think they are God and world can not survive without them. and if music really a soul of cinema then why muscians are treated like trash does they respect singer and upto now bollywood conider playback singers are only vocal instrument nothing more then that give me a break dude . Ask thouse mighty egoful khans who claims that they are the reason for making any song hit. Probably he is only singer who compromised his music carrier just for the sake of singers rights which legally belong to them they are fighting for entire music fratenety
