Naani asks chintoo whether he kept all the things which she had told in proper place & chintoo says yes & ask her not to worry.
Mahaan comes & says there is a bad news in today's news paper..chintoo collects the news paper & starts reading some filmy news & say this is the bad news for mahaan & ask mahann where is the bad news..mahaan says that is not the news & receives back the news paper & starts to read which says govt. has seized non-regularised agricultural lands in some area..chintoo says this is the area where naani has purchased new land & every1 in the family gets scared.
Whoever had given loan to naani starts calling her & ask for money continuously on her mobile & naani says she will give the money back & ask them not to worry..chintoo switch off her mob..land line rings & naana receives the call & keeps the phone..chintoo ask him what happened..naana says even their shop is seized due to this & they cant open their shop till this problem gets solved.
Dolly says to chintoo one after the other, people are calling naani continuously& asking money..chintoo says he will switch off her mob. again..dolly says then they call on land line..chintoo says he will deposit the money in the bank whatever naani had given him & says it is not safe to keep the money in the house at present situation & goes to bank.
2 people who had given loan to naani comes home directly to ask money..monica asks them to play with her..they say they have come to just meet jagadambe..she feels sad & goes away from there saying nobody are willing to play with her.
chintoo asks them to drink water & eat snacks ..they say they want to talk to naani..naani comes there & those 2 men asks money & say instead of asking cash over phone they came personally so that they can talk directly..naani says they don't need to worry for their money & ask badelal to bring cheque book..badelal brings the cheque book & naani asks mahaan & badelal to go to bank & draw rs.25 lakhs & give to these people..She says bal. amount she will return asap.
Chintoo once again ask them to eat biscuits & say biscuits are very tasty & they will get their money back shortly..mahaan & badelal returns back from bank.. mahaan says he has a bad news to tell again..chintoo says till now what good news u have given đ..mahaan says bank has sealed the a/c. of everybody whoever have purchased non-regularised agricultural land & disagreed to pay money.
Again every1 gets scared..naani ask chintoo to give them rs.25 lakhs which she had given to him to deposit in the bank..chintoo says the amount is not with him & say he deposited in the bank in a sad voice.
Monica asks naani to send these 2 men out of the house since they are sitting in the house for so long..the 2 men gets angry & say they are humiliated by this girl..chintoo asks them to cool down & say she is just a small girl so they should not listen to her..the 2 men says if she is a small girl then she should not talk like this..naani gets upset & ask monica to go to her room..naani says some how she will manage & give rs.80 lakhs within 2 days..they both doubt & ask whether they can believe her words..chintoo gets angry & say when naani has promised then we surely give your money, u don't need to worry & the 2 men goes away from there with angry.
Dolly tries to speak to monica who was upset but monica don't listen to her..chintoo comes, sends dolly outside & tries to talk to monica..he asks her why she is upset..she says naani spoke to her roughly in front of every1..chintoo says naani is in tension since she has to pay money to those 2 uncles hence monica should not feel sad for whatever naani told.
Chintoo reads the news paper once again deeply, thinks something & call some1 over his mob.
Lolly asks mahaan how to give rs.80 lakhs now..Mahaan says chintoo has promised them so he will arrange the money..mahaan looks at some paper & says himself this time i will solve the problem before chintoo does.
Mahaan brings 1 of the politician home..that person says he is ready to buy their land..naana-naani becomes happy..the politician says he surely buys their land & ask them to do prachaar for him in the forth coming election..naani gets angry & say she will never do prachaar to any bad politician & ask mahaan not to bring home this type of person in future.
Naana-naani talk to each other & gets worried..monica comes with her hundi & gives to naani..naani gets emotional & hugs her..she says monica is giving more money but she wants smaller amount.
Lolly & dolly gives their jewels to naani, badelal gives some amount & say this money was given by naani when he went to his native place & say he don't require money now.
Naani becomes emotional & says to naana, her family is with her & say she will surely return back 80 lakhs after 2 days by selling this house & everybody are shocked.
A man comes to see the house to buy & gives rs.50 lakhs cheque before looking at home..naani ask badelal to show the full house & that person goes with badelal to see the house..everybody are sad & upset for the house sale..naani ask them to pack their bags since they have to move out of the house after 2 days & say then can buy a new house.
Chintoo comes & say to naani he has a very surprising news to tell..mahaan say what else is left to tell..chintoo asks naani whether she received any call from a lakshmi builder to purchase the land..naani says yes..chintoo says he is a cheater & that builder is calling every 1 who have non-regularised agricultural lands to buy & makes profit..chintoo says that builder became a friend to a govt. officer & made him to join him & that officer is a distinct relative to a politician..chintoo says all these 3 persons mingled & published this fake news in the news paper..chintoo says they can open their shop & say he had gone to bank & there is no problem in the bank too, so they can draw cash now..he says all the problems have solved & smiles.
Naani says how can a person cheats the people like this who earns money with their hard work.
Naani says to chintoo u gave very good news but a person has come to see our house to buy & given rs.50 lakhs cheque..chintoo says u should have waited for me naani in a sad tone..that person who had come to see the house says he is not happy with the house so he wants his cheque back..naani & every 1 becomes happy & she gives him the cheque back..chintoo says naaniji ki jai ho & everybody laughs..Epi. ends here.
