Dr Thakur says Dev is hit by 3 bullets. The third bullet would have killed him if

Out of three bullets, not single bullet was near to heart...
1. Back shoulder
2. Center of Ribbs that may be hit to locket( after getting shot, locket had only dent, pictures inside were undamaged, wondering what metal is used to make that locket)
3. Stomach left side ..., 😲 😲
