If we compare Alia's first 4 films to Deepika and Priyanka, she is honestly way ahead of them!

Deepika
1. Om Shanti Om
2. Bachna Ae Haseeno
3. Chandi Chowk to China
4. Love Aaj Kal

Priyanka
1. The hero
2. Andaaz
3. Plan
4. Asambhav

Alia:
1. SOTY
2. Highway
3. 2 states
4. HSKD

Alia has had better performances and a better box office record than the others. If she's this good right now imagine what a huge force she will be when she's 30!! Can't wait!

You got to admit, being Bhatt's daughter did help her. The other two didn't come from a filmi background.

Why did you forget to put Kareena, Aishwarya, Katrina, Madhuri and Sridevi's first 4 films? 😆

Sridevi was popular from South, Kat had Salman, Kareena had film family and Aishwarya was a popular model and Miss World.

True...but i did say filmi background. There are many pretty faces that come and go in bollywood, and half of them are beauty queens or models. Why would directors bet their money on another one? They have to first prove themselves, and then the offers come rushing in. In Alia's case, she had KJO uncle from the get-go. No comparison really.

She has proven herself, yes. Good on her.
