Is it possible?

So I recently watched Blue is the warmest colour. It got me thinking when will a movie like that be made in BW, if ever
For those that aren't familiar with it the film revolves around a lesbian couple. I'm not talking about making a Dostana type movie but a movie that is an actual love story about a gay couple.

Is it possible or is the audience not ready for that yet? What are your thoughts?

I think it's possible. Wasn't there a lesbian scene in Ragni MMS film..the Sunny film? WHen I searched it on youtube to watch the film...it looked like Sunny was making out with a girl. And am sure there are other lesbian films made with Indian actors..but am not sure if the director was Indian.

Indian audience is not ready for it, and I just looked that movie up on IMDB and it's soft po*n. Do you really think shit like that will get accepted? not only is it a gay movie but it's po*no 😕 mainstream HW wouldn't even accept that!

OT : Well there was a story about a gay couple in Bombay Talkies which released last year .

It was released and appreciated in the US though and the film won at Cannes but yeah something like that is probably too much for BW lol

Appreciated but they won't release it in theaters..

One of the reviews said it has 12 minute sex scene 😲 that's not pushing the envelope that's tearing it lol

20 + years from now possibly, WHEN not IF being gay is legal in India. Will take a generation IMO.
