The TV bug seems to have bitten all of B-town and how! The latest actress to join the fiction television brigade is none other than Sushmita Sen. We're told that Sushmita has given her consent to a desi adaptation of the hit American drama, Revenge, which stars Madeline Stowe and Emily VanCamp. While Sush will be reprising Madeline's character from the show, Amrita Puri has been finalised to play Emily's character. The serial is said to be helmed by Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi writer, Ruchi Narain.

What happened to her biopic on Benazir Bhutto?

Urmila Matondkar was meant to do this show, she would've made a far better Victoria.

For reals? 😲 OMG, why is she not doing it? That's like the best casting I can think for Victoria. She's got the same piercing eyes as Victoria and she's definitely excelled in negative/offbeat roles she did.

Yeah, she rejected it I guess. Would've made an awesome Victoria indeed.
