Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone can eat their hearts out. Even though Ayan Mukerji is close friends with both these actresses, courtesy their roles in Ranbir Kapoor's life, one hears that the director has his mind set on firecracker Alia Bhatt for his next project.
While Ayan only thinks of his close friend Ranbir when it comes to casting the male lead in his movies; this time, the heroine is likely to be Alia, say sources.
