Yes, I do agree Aahil was a little stunned at the tantrum. In my mind, I see Aahil being jolted out of his brooding when he spies Rehan rehearsing to confess to Sanam. He will snatch Sanam away because he wants her himself. Which will give way to some kind of contract marriage, with Aahil completely in love but suspicious/unsure of Sanam and Rehan... The next journey will be of two fools in love with each other but not telling each other... What do you think?
But the fly in the ointment, as usual for QH, is Tunveer. In soap-style, will she remain oblivious about S's parentage now, instead matters contrive so that a registered wedding takes place? Circumstances have been already rigged that may take Dilshaad and H out of the way (Dilshaad may not let H go alone with R out-of-town). And S may refuse to sully the wedding rites by doing this for money? getting the debt cancelled? setting up her diner?
I think the big revelation to Tunveer may be reserved for when Dilshaad comes to visit S. Maybe a Big Episode?
But yes, the marriage part will certainly be fraught with angst and love and falling in love and jealousy.
What perplexes me is why Tunveer revealed her hand to Nida. Even if Nida claimed knowledge of why ARI needs to get married pronto, Tunveer still needed to play the goody-two-shoes act, while getting NIda to agree for the wedding.
And as others have pointed out, why did ARI not reveal this to Nida before proposing? Why cheat her when he did not allow a roasted-peas vendor boy to be cheated?
Why is S now suddenly acting cowed, that too, with Nida? Or hugging guys and allowing them to put flowers in her hair?
Too many messed up characterizations to digest.

P.S. EDIT:
Just saw the picture of S in the same wedding dress as Nida...maybe a switcheroo at the last moment? Looks like the much anticipated moment will happen.
