Why didn't Aahil speak up today?

Why did he hold back? He knows he loves Sanam yet he tolerated Nida lambasting Sanam in front of everyone?

I'm not happy with Aahil today :(

lets not poke and prod aahil right now. he is still in after shock mode after seeing rehan and sanam. nida is his mother's choice and you all saw what happened to nida the moment she insulted tanveer. even if tanveer throws him in a well, he will willingly go. so far standing up for sanam goes, what exactly has he got in return for that so far? for now, according to him sanam does not care so why should he anymore?

why anyone else should stand for sanam ???why she need anyone help??can't she stand up for herself and fight,
i mean when she always give back to fida then why she was quiet today 😲
