What if AD had said no and moti MIL supported him? What would have been her decision? So she was asking for his permission. She should have said to him before sitting at the mandap - Mr Deb I need to get custody of my children before thinking about anyone else including moti MIL. Thanks for all the help in the last 5 years but my children are my priority.
How hard would that be? Her kasams to complete strangers are more important than her children. That is part of the reason that Bani fell from grace yesterday.

Noe this lady is asking not yet hunbby permission to get her kids which was supposed to be her only mission in life & be greatful that he did give her the permission.

I think only JB marriage is legal any way you see it. IF only 1st one is legal then they were not divorced so when she sat at mandap with AD that was invalid. IF yu consider the latest to be valid in TV/Ektaland even then JB got married after AD DDGs half baked one.

So as of now bani Walia is Jai Walia's wife whether she likews it or not.
