That lady is asking her many questions like, does mahachoochka have a maa ka dil? And mits is not revealing anything! She is only telling, "if i answer your questions, i will be revealing the story! So i cannot answer!"

In reality nigaar was 4 years youner than hamida bano but in the show, she is shown just 3-4 years elder than jalal!

They are telling show is fictionalised to a great extent! Thats why there is a disclaimer shown,"ye daravahik kisi prakar ki yesihatikta ka dava nahi karta hai!"(JA new montage was shown in the background)
