Talented actor Gautam Rode, who is winning the hearts of the audiences' through his commendable performance in Sphere Origins' Saraswatichandra on Star Plus, will be seen essaying the lead role in Life OK's next venture Maha Kumbh.

Confirming about the same our source says, "Yes, Gautam has been roped in to play the lead role. Maha Kumbh is a finite show and will only run for a year. The show will be produced by Arvind Babbal."

"On the other hand veteran actress Seem Biswas who was seen in the film Vivaah, will be seen essaying a pivotal role in the show," add the source.

Well, now with this latest development we wonder that the show will be pulled off air or Saras' character will bid adieu in the show?

What i dont like is the new show's story line and the channel . He should hv taken up a high trp channel like colors and a viewer friendly show .8 These kid shows on indian tv sp one with superpowers is not goil

i think show gonna end , and he will join after this show ending only . and its casting process going on so loads of time to launch it.
