I am not even sure if he wasn't in his senses. He definitely knew what and how to do it. He even had marked a date on his calendar. He gets very aggressive and I am pretty sure he would have bit Ankita's head off if she had revealed the truth. I am glad Ankita left him.

thanks. i think you are probably the first person to see that ankita is not mahaan. she is realistic coz she is emotional, sensitive and naive. although i hate to bring up the the arjun-purvi-ovi triangle in this topic, i m bringing it up to show what mahaan means. what purvi did at the end moment by making a deal of her love and arjun was sheer stupidity and she was just being mahaan while what ankita is doing is simply to escape from her own cruel reality and it makes her pretty realistic.

Personally, I know that I wouldn't have been as "mahaan" as Ankita. The second someone had questioned me about a baby I would have lost my temper. I just can't believe why Ankita stayed quiet.😒

If I were in her position I would have done the same thing, I mean go out of Naren's life the moment he asked her who she is and blamed her for forcing herself in his life.

I would have left the city the moment Naren asked whether they share some moments when he was not in his senses, there is no point in telling the person, yes we slept together in an haunted hut away from the human inhabitants. That will be an insult for a lady that she has to tell her husband that yes, we shared a bed and as a result, I am holing your child in my womb.

I would not have waited for anyone's advise (not even siblings), I would have left for an unknown place away from the reach of all those who know me. being an educated, I would have earned my living and also took care of my child.

There is obsoletely no need to be the unwanted person in anyone's life.

I find what Ankita did totally appropriate. The Naren she married and loved was a different Naren. This Naren is a person who would have insulted both Ankita and the child if she had told the truth. So, no need to take any more insults. As I have said in other threads, I find her approach much more pragmatic than mahaan.

The only thing I would have done differently if I were Ankita is that I would not have been present at any of the wedding ceremonies. I would have left before any of the ceremonies started. But before leaving, I would have given a tight slap to Naren for stooping so low as to point fingers at my character, tarnishing Shashank's image and jeopardizing my sister's happiness.
