Kkusum will look for another job?

In last nights episode she receives a phone call from Abhinav and tells one of the salesman she will be back in half an hour. The look on the other sales assistants makes me think Kkusum will have to look for another job. Only in Ekta's serials you can come and go when you want to. Should'nt she have asked the permission of one of the seniors.
