Where is the old DK ?

After seeing a TD partially yesterday had to post this message. Where is the DK whom we all were in awe of ? This present DK seems to be an epitome of all the wickedness (could not think of a better word. I know this is a bit too strong) in the world. I know all of us were speculating for "it" to happen and it was a question of whether it wud happen or not. I still remember the discussions that we used to have regarding what if "it" happens and will that bring DK and Dish closer and we did have a discussion of whether it is correct to bring a child just for the sake of making a relationship stronger. Anyways now am completely tired of DK doing all this just for the sake of revenge. I understand that DK did as he is under the impression that Dish shot him. But isn't his basic thinking wrong. The person who did not care two hoots for him when he was all powerful but went out of way to support him when she realized the better side of him. Took care of him mom. Ran away from her shaadi mandap just for him and he believes that Pori was innocent. He is not even thinking that Pori has suddenly disappeared. Is it not supposed to create some amt of doubt in his mind ? he very well knows that Dish hates Gargi. and he thinks that she is with her. DK babu I thot that u r an intelligent, suave businessman but I am sorry to note that the image has been broken to pieces now. The old DK even though always had his way, he had some amt of righteousness in him. But the present one is just hell bent on revenge. At least he has realized that he cannot love Maheka. As usual, his ego stops him from admitting it in spite of his belief deep down he still loves Dish and wants to be with her.

In fact I now feel that maybe Dish does not deserve a dumb person like DK as her life partner. you know two dumb ppl will face lots of problems in life. (Dish is dumb to trust DK and not just DK every other person and of course need I tell more abt DK ?) Even now when Dish realizes what DK has thot of her I seriously doubt if she will ever be able to forgive him. He really needs to come up with some strong explanation the day he realizes the truth.

I know that I have been very inconsistent for these past few days. Was caught up with a few personal commitments but yes was logging onto IF on and off but just reading stuff and did not post any replies/messages.

dk really needs to open up his brain and start thinking right.
as of now i would say that the old dk is lost in the vacccum pannnas of the writers of TD and it will take them a while to bring him back or not.

couldn't agree with you more Swathi. The old suave DK whom we all loved has disappeared in the trps. The character that got most of us hooked on to the show no longer exists and all we have left is a show with bunch of brainless people (esp. the lead characters) who will do everything BUT use their own brain to think things rationally...

Swathi nice to see your post but I couldnt agree less I think the old DK was better than this becos he was a softie at heart and that is why he chnaged for Disha, he had bad habbits but his love for Disha made him change but I think the current one is just too much under Mahika's obession and plus he is being so oblivious to the fact the Disha is innocent becos he knows Disha she wouldnt hurt a fly even though intially she came to get revenge from DK she was the one who was responsible that his Mother regained her mental balance....

But I guess Guhas want to extend this uncessary and what way to do t...go round in circles befoe Disha married him to destroy him and now DK will marry her to hurt her....

Hope this sorry state of Disha changes..

yip i too miss the old dk...........uska andaaz hi kuch alag tha 😉 ........but now he is all hell bent on revenge & hence is going to end up making 1 wrong move after another.........at the end it may b too late & then we shall c lady D angry with him & perhaps not even forgiving him, not that u can blame her..........& hence 2 D's will separate again........

u know guhas were quite aware of how the audience admired the character of dk..........it is really silly of them to change his character........but then again they never did anything that made sense......

I completely agree with you all that DK's character has been trashed by the Guhas. Maybe they think getting him to flash his chest/legs regularly will make it Ok with the viewers but I hate to disappoint them this is just not the case 🤢 😕 🤢

I am really hoping that DK is just pretending that Disha & him have done it. In my book getting someone purposely drunk & then sleeping with them is technically rape - the drunk person would not have agreed when sober hence the need to get them drunk. 😒 😔

Next the story is going to move towards Disha being pregnant & DK not marrying her... 😡 and then there will be the time leap when the kid has grown up.. 👎🏼

Time to switch TD off.... 😔

Great to have you back Swathi! Was eagerly awaiting your take on this vengeful DK. Have to agree with you fully...it's difficult to digest this DK. For sanity's sake, I would love to forget everything and move on. But if I were in Disha's shoes, I don't think I can forgive a man that I love for being so ruthless. He has turned so bitter that he chooses to ignore all logics.

old Dk...........please come back...........tired of seeing this ruthless Dk...........only out for revenge.......after all that he and Disha had been through in the past..........he would do anything to share a few quiet moments alone with Dish..........How could his feelings towards her change so drastically.......

he has no compassion whatsoever towards her..........He doesnt even care to confront her about it........
