Can ARJUN KAPOOR Score a CENTURY 2 times in a year?

Score CENTURY 2 times means giving two 100 cr films in a year. So far this feature is only achived by:

1. Salman Khan = 2 Times (2011, 2012 - Ready, BG, ETT, D2)

2. Srk = 1 Time (2011 - Ra.One, Don 2)

3. Ajay Devgn = 1 Time (2012 - SOS, Bol Bachchan)

4. Akshay Kumar = 1 Time (2012 - Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore)

5. Ranbir Kapoor = 1 Time (2012-2013 - Barfi, YJHD, not in same year, but in a gap of 1 year)

Arjun's film 2 states has already netted 101 cr this year, he has 2 films coming this year other than that, Finding Fanny & Tevar.

Can he score 1 more 100 cr film out of these 2 films?

Finding Fanny has Deepika Padukone as his female lead who has a remarkable 2013 last year, with 3 films scoring 100+ cr, 1 film scoring 200+ cr. So she will add another reason for FF 2 score big on Box Office.

What u guys think, can he make it or not?

Finding Fanny is not a 100 crore movie at all. It may be a hit, but not a 100 crore one. Tevar has some chances.

Finding Fanny from the looks of it...is going to be more of a critically acclaimed movie...but may be Tevar will gross another 100 cr if the movie is really good...Arjun-Sonakshi jodi is good...

My View:

Finding Fanny has more chances of scoring Arjun's 2nd 100 this year. Film is kind of thriller / Black comedy kind, both the looks of lead actors are exciting... Both had given bumper films in past, if u even pick up last 2 films.

Tevar will hard 2 find success @ 100 cr coz is coming only 2 weeks prior to Peekay which will eat every film on its way. Also people are bored of Sonakshi's masala repeated avatars.

FF is a English film, so not it will not be able to attract lot of Indian audience! Possibility of it crossing 100 crore is rare

Tevar can cross 100 crore only if it has some really good songs, trailer comes out to be appealing and also vigorous promotion! The WOM not fantastic, but should atleast be good to have the film cross 100crore benchmark!

In short, NO - Arjun can't score 2 century in a year!

When a film like Barfi with such limited audience can Score 100 Cr on plex business, why not a english film as Urban Plex audience will love this kind of black comedy? Also if Critics gave it thumbs up, it will shoot up in same way some 100 cr movies of this genre has done.

FFF is a Konkani - English movie so I don't think it will be a big grosser. Let the trailer of Tevar release first then we can have some idea.

Barfi had really less dialogues and it was Hindi film

People in India CAN'T Watch english film... I am not generalizing but I have known people, my friends who breathe Bollywood, Live Bollywood BUT detest Hollywood films and can't watch it in theaters because they can't understand English

Multiplex audience can embrace the film ONLY if it has some fantastic WOM, like in case of Barfi... But again it was Hindi film

FF having limited reach but plex advantage, Tevar having mass appeal all over, either way, i am very sure 1 of his films will score 100 Cr, coz he has both the female leads who have given 100 cr's in last few years.

And if he does score 100 cr with any of this films, he will be right next to Ranbir Kapoor in comparisons, n star status... next year his films will grow larger.
