Monsoons are full of romance and love., and with the right music, monsoons become all the more better! With so many rain songs existing in Bollywood, we asked your favourite Life OK stars about their favourite rain songs which fill their hearts with love and romance . Here we go:
1. Paakhi: I love monsoon and whenever I see the rains, the only song that comes to my mind is 'Barsaat mein humse mile tum sajan' from 'Barsaat' movie. I simply love this song because it reminds me of Anshuman as rains have always been a source of romance. Also, it's a lovely duet.
2. Tara: Well, there are so many rain songs but the one song which i love to listen numerous time is 'Hum Tum' from the movie 'Hum Tum' . The way the characters are expressing their love for each other as the rain pours is beautiful. The song is very soothing as well.
3. Lajjo: 'Ek ladki bheegi bhaagi si' from 'Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi'. The song instantly takes me back to the flirtatious mechanic Kishore singing this song while he fixes Madhubala's car. I can listen to this song over and over again.
4. Meher: I have a vast collection of Bollywood rain songs but 'Aaj Rapat Jayein' from 'Namak Halaal' is one of my favourite rain song s. I can go on dancing for hours on this number. Romance doesn't get more playful than Kishore Kumar !
5. Yamini: The only one rain song that strikes me is 'Pyar Hua Iqrar Hua' from 'Shree 420'. It's my all time favourit e. It's such a beautiful song. I wish I get a partner like Raj Kapoorji who declares his love for Nargisji as it starts pouring. I guess rains will be incomplete without this song!
