In GR interview on 3 July, he says Kumud shoots her own scenes, I shoot my own.
Hmmm. I wonder if there is something behind that comment.

Very rarely does a person gets no real pleasure when saying "I told you so".
This is one of the times.

As I predicted yesterday, this is going down a bad copy of Unlawful Entry...what a waste.

And the frigging Creatives can't even copy a concept decently...

What made Unlawful Entry a fascinating watch was...
(i) along with the Cape Fear remake, it created the stalker genre in cinema.
(ii) the mind games and fight is directly between the hero and villian...with the hero's wife largely unaware of the primal nature of the conflict unfolding right in front of her eyes.
(ii) it is an uneven fight as the stalker is more powerful than the husband...and as the conflict escalates, he systematically abuses his power and the system to further harm the husband.
(iii) the wife is never ever shown as blindly trusting the stalker and taking sides.
(iv) the husband is initially limited in his defense because he is a decent man and wants be be 'lawfully' right, while the stalker though officially an upholder of law breaks all laws...only when the situation goes desperate and the danger to his wife's safety very real does the husband finally breaks the rules & decency which had bound him earlier.
(v) ultimately it takes the combined resourcs of both husband and wife working together to defeat the stalker.

Now,
If all of the above could happen in a 2 hour movie...considering each epi has saras-kumud seg of 10 minutes (the other 10 being the RN circus)...we could still have a taut story-line in 12 epis!!

And yet we get this drivel...

I mean...sad story treatment aside...even Saras aggression was frigging TRP - like and plastic.

You mentioned Ehsaas...
...and I was transported back to the scene from the the Golden Age, where Saras beats up a few people on the road for daring to just comment / look lewdly at Kumud's dress and the events leading to the rain dance.

...or the scene where Saras is jealous of the dandia guy paired with Kumud...I mean even a jealous saras (dandia guy had no bad intent towards kumud) portrayed the male aggession when the male notices his mate being noticed by other males with such reality, poignancy, love, fear of losing the mate and 'I will destroy you for your temerity' emotions masterfully!

With writers who have brains as agile as a tortoise on Prozac on board, we can't expect a taut and meaningful and enthralling story-line ever. 😒

Awesome bytes Di 👏 Prashanth is always cheap and yesterday he touched new heights.. but kumud?🥱 the more disturbing thing for me was.. after saras became hysterical and left the house. kumud worried for one minute (not to forget that ghee smudged hair style😆).. then she casually goes for shopping or something and aaramse coming home?😲 🥱 I think viewers would have probably complained about this track and that's the reason this track is coming to end so soon.. but its good that it is ending because it totally lacks any interesting element... RN ke bhaare mein comment karna bandh kardiya mein😆 because whenever they show RN I look into some other work😆 From the precap it seems that Saras could not contact kumud

Hgg, a good writer can make even the most improbable situation believable, and poor writing can make a simple situation look khichadi. SC is a victim of very very poor writing, and the whole Prashant track is senseless like everything in the show.

There has no build up whatsoever to make Kumud take Prashant's word over Saras's. Once again poor writing has made a Bali ka bakra of Kumud. So Saras sees the truth and his own wife refuses to pay any heed to his visible anger and agitation and dismisses it as 'stress' because Prashant the wonderful and reliable neighbour says so, no matter she has been with Saras for ages now and he's seen the best and worst of him.

So true Rose, the CVs need to be a little more quality conscious in their work

Once again, Saras is the last person Kumud will choose! Sari duniya Pehle, Even a Kal ka padosi, who she has met just a few days ago, is more believe able than Saras

Aniq, the same question keeps raising his head time and again! Maybe he was referring to the kidnap track, as they are separate now

Ya, Kumud was so cool, jaise roz ki baat hai, jayega, apne aap aa jayega! Is the track ending soon?

Good! Ya toh track ko theek se develop karo, build karo, nahi toh don't do such a shoddy unbelievable track! It just makes Kumud look cold callous and dumb
