Ok people, don't get too excited seeing the title. I am not here to criticize/bash Raman character. I raise this question on social mentality.

My mother who stopped watching show from yesterday said it. Reason Raman is so obsessed abt Adi and knowingly hurts Ishita because she can't conceive. Given that's the fact, he hold on to his son as his current wife can never conceive. My mother also pointed out Raman & Shagun had that convo few weeks ago and Ishita overheard it.

According to my mother she has seen such things happen way too many times in real life. Her words :that's the mentality of our indian society".

So I ask if anyone here cares to ponder on this matter.

As far as Raman & Ishita, it's just a daily soap, who cares !

Its really Sad that her inability to conceive is time n again being bought out in such a manner

But I guess as the story goes further she will conceive

I was watching some earlier epi(4-8dec2013)convo between madhu n ishu

Madhu says after her tb treatment dr say there is a 10% chance that her fallopian tubes may b damaged...so wht abt the 90%??

Madhu says i have been praying ever since then that the changes of damage do not increase.

The dr who came to chk on her after the riots track too said that medically miracles happen...

That will happen ...

raman is not so cold blooded
he loves ishita and he has made ishita his wife even in his heart
I am sure he will never hurt ishita based on her infertility.
what he is doing now is for his son. adi is his blood his offspring. he will do anything for him. especially since adi is a spoiled son. raman will be extra worried and extra careful about him.
you wont understand a fathers wounded heart...

don't remember episodes as don't follow anything so strictly 😆

again my question not just abt this show and what happens here, but in genera is that the mentality

Then Ishita would'nt have married Raman firstly and She will happy with her first love Subbu.(I guess but can't exactly as he don't have courage to speak his own words.).

I understand as father raman is worried but his current behavior sure is ridiculous.

I myself was involved in accident at age 14 driving moped, my father didn't follow any such way. My father dealt with everything legally and later taught me importance of responsibility.

Later in years I was at odds with my father to extent i left home to live with my cousin. he still didn't give into my stupidity and kept on doing what was right. So whenever Raman is shown so weak in name of being father, i don't buy it 👎🏼

I know this is show that's why i said who cares what they show on name of emotional nonsense.

not all fathers r alike
there are fathers who get beaten up and looted by their sons and still care for them and love them unconditionally
majority of parents hide their sons mistakes from the world but punish them their way.
almost 90% of family disputes, assaults and even criminal offences are settled outside court or are discharged due to lack of evidence cos parents or family members wont testify against loved ones.
they forgive everything

U know the whole tb fallopian tubes track is being dramatised..even if her tubes are damaged, her ovaries and uterus are fine..she can conceive easily thru various techniques..high time the cvs on indian television do sum medical research..
