No, because Raman will be a useless father to Ishita's baby, because his Adi obsession is going to last at least 7 janams

I don't think its logical!

Unless there is a some medical treatment, I don't have much knowledge so no clue.

Though I think they should bring this track up in the future because it is very interesting.

some people might feel ishita's infetility is d essense of d show. ishita is a great example dat women can lead a happy life even widout dere own kid, she is a role model for women who cant have kids. n motherhood is not all abt giving birth.. dey might not want to loose dere message of d show!
