Yes they can coz the doc said there some percantage chance of ishita getting pregnant!!

some people might feel ishita's infetility is d essense of d show. ishita is a great example dat women can lead a happy life even widout dere own kid, she is a role model for women who cant have kids. n motherhood is not all abt giving birth.. dey might not want to loose dere message of d show!
