I always read your quick picks but couldn't find time to post any responses to it. But after today's episode which was so full of emotions I thought I would post my thoughts which are so much in alignment with yours :) Ishita was completely broken and shattered to the core after recalling all the events that happened during the day where Raman was sneaking behind her back and meeting Shagun. I had tears when she was sobbing in the car and it was heartwrenching. She finally cried her heart out after keeping all her emotions in check throughout the day. The last straw was her witnessing Raman carrying Shagun in his arms. Romi was feeling horrible for Ishita and just like us wished that she had never seen any of this and wanted to take her pain away. What a good devar he is. He is truly like a brother to Ishita where he witnessed her pain and was feeling helpless that he couldn't do anything to ease her pain. I absolutely loved Romi today. All his past mistakes are forgiven. The other thing to note is that Ishita did not hold anything back and let all her bottled up emotions out by crying her eyes out in front of Romi.
I absolutely loved the conversation between Raman and Ishita. It was not a face off instead it was a matured conversation where she held her head high and asked everything she had to ask in a dignified yet firm manner. Loved Ishita all the way for her composure and even Raman was shaken up a little seeing that she did not probe him for any answers and he himself offered her a response which wasn't sufficient enough for all the questions that she had in mind. We all know that Raman is guilt ridden but despite being completely broken Ishita was still giving him a chance to come clean and he goes on to say that if it is anyone else they would confide everything in her but he can't do that and I asked why could he not do that? What is holding him back? Shagun is the only one holding him back from telling the truth to her. Since when he started giving importance to Shagun and since when she is his well wisher. She is a selfish woman and would do anything for her benefit and I thought Raman knew that. Yes, all of this is for Adi but what is stopping him from helping Adi after confiding in Ishita. It will not be Ishita who would act in an irrational manner. He himself admitted that to Shagun and the Iyer's are the most understanding bunch. If Amma can change the statement to save the disgusting Param she will most definitely do the same or even more for Adi who is Raman's son.
I loved the fact that both Raman and Ishita cannot see each other in pain and it was evident from the fact that they were shedding tears for each other and clearly felt the pain that each was going through. Six months ago, they were out to give each other pain and misery and today they are crying and feeling each other's hurt and pain.
