In desperate need for help because bro has been annoying me with this and it's frustrating not finding the answer lol
In search of a villain from the olden days.
He's bald, caked up with makeup...
He mostly wears green (bro thinks).
It's not Shakaal or the villain from Yakeen.
Bro thinks the hero is Dharmendra but not sure...
Any help guys??
It's tedious work trying to find this...I'm hoping one of you guys will have the answer!!

Edit to add: The villain had a lair and his face was cakeup with makeup to make him look scary.
