Parents or mostly mothers are suppose to be like god. But Pahki misfortune was to take brith in the house of the Kapoors. though her father loves her, her mother cares two hoots about her. so i dont blame Pakhi for not respecting her mother Neetu. Neetu only ambition is to get Pakhi divorced so the she can get her bangla and property back. she does not care what pakhi is feeling.
it would have been a totally different story if Pakhi had never been in love with raghav. and their relationship was only friendship. Pakhi knew that Raghav didnt love her even before marriage. but she too didnt know that he loved Kalpi. but Raghav knew Pakhi loved him but he used her to take revenge on her parents. its not wrong for a wife to want her husband's love. and it must hurt tirabely to know that her husband who she loves, is in love with another. it is but natural for Pakhi to hate Kalpi.
and in a way Pakhi is right, when Kalpi knew that rahgav was now married how could allow raghav to put sindoor in her mangh. Kalpi crossed the line of morality by accepting another womans husband as her husband. all kalpi does is moon and pine over raghav who is somebody else husband does she have no self respect?
love gives a person hope and strength. if Raghav love for kalpi was true he would have refused to marry Pakhi. that fact that he choose his vengeance over kalpi love, states exectly how strong his love for kalip is.
and what did Kalpi think Pakhi would do, quietly give raghav a divorce and crawl under a stone to die. pakhi is right in the eyes of society she is raghav wife. and when this society comes to know about kalpi, she would only be seen as the other woman. a southan, a mistress.
even if Pakhi and raghav married in court, that marriage too be blessed by god. as a court is a temple of justice. and even there couple stands in front of a magistrate and with god as their witness sign the marriage deed that proclaims them husband and wife.
this marriage is completely true and legal and is not any less then if the marriage took place in a temple with baapha looking over them
so kalpi cannot claim that her marriage is the true marriage and not Pakhi's
besides this sends a very negative message to the society. tommorow men who married their wifes in court will claim that the marriage is not blessed by god. and as he has fallen in love with another and married her in a temple in secret, gives his a ticket to leave his wife at his own convience.
Raghav and Kalpi have made marriage a joke. and are trying to proclaim to the world that only love is greater then society,law,moral values, that human lives can be played with for their own covience. people may think its cute and love conquers all. and it would have if Raghav has married Kalpi against his mothers wishes and her need for revenge. but then love failed and now Ragha and Kalpi relationship is simply shameful.
can Kalpi stand in front of the world and tell everybody that she is Raghav wife. can she with every right put sindoor in her mang and walk openly as a married woman. can she tell her chawl, and community that the man who is her milk sisters husband is also her husband. and how many people think the society and community will accept it and congratulate her.
infact all she and her family will have to face is shame.
i know a lot of ragna fans will hate me. but that fine. love conquers all only when one is completely right, and right decisions were taken at the right time. and when no one elses life or future is at stake.
