I think Raman is setting a bad example for Adi.
Here is why...

By helping Shagun he is teaching his already a spoilt brat that money can get you anything . Even you can get away from crime.

Is this trait of a good father.
In my books it is a big Nooo.

What you guys think?

Ya phir duniya itni badal gayee , ghor kalyug !!!!

He is ...he will try I cover it up to save him but that idiot CEO can't use his brain and make adi say sorry to everyone? Can't he discuss and reveal the truth and request everyone that since adi is a child forgive him or punish him but not jail
He can make adi understand or rather I say try to talk to him as he won't listen but still
and solve the problem
The way raman is being and trying to protect him I dear one day adi may becoming a character like a Shaurya from 'Ek thi hasina'
Adi now will think he can do anything and will get away with each and every his evil deeds
so in future I dear he may become a big criminal and getting away with it
If raman doesn't make adi understand and try to correct him adi will end up being One more Shaurya I suppose and this makes raman as a bad and worst parent

Couldn't agree more. Both Raman and shagun fail miserably as parents. Raman's blinded love for Adi makes him very weak and vulnerable in parenting. Shagun is least interested in being a mother; she uses her child as her weapon. Just by giving birth a child doesn't make you a mother. Shagun is a prime example for that.
