Zargam decides to revive Zulm-E-Tabahi:

Sherjil warns Hatim that Zargam is preparing to spread chaos throughout the world by reviving his final weapon, Zulm-E-Tabahi & Any how he has to be stopped. but Hatim has to answer his 7th question so sherjil gives a talismanic pearl to Hatim, and asks him to break it after he finds the answer to the seventh question in Humamgirdh.

The guard of Humamgirdh asks three questions to Hatim, to which he answers correctly. In Humamgirdh, Hatim, Perizaad and Quasim come across all the devils, witches and sinners whom they had obliterated, previously & they try to kill them but cannot as they were killed already.
