Sonakshi, Priyanka not really friends?

If sources are to believed, Sonakshi Sinha and Priyanka Chopra, who recently bonded with each other at an event, will soon be seen together in a commercial for a beauty product.

What's more, the shoot for this particular product is said to have taken up a lot of time as the actresses " both of whom have been romantically linked to Shahid Kapoor " took long hours to get ready.

A source says, "Sonakshi and Priyanka already endorse different products for the same company. But in the new ad, they star together. In fact, they were supposed to shoot an action sequence for it."

It turns out that the crew had a tough time getting the actresses in the same frame. "The ad was shot a few days ago when Priyanka was in town.

Since both of them had bonded with each other at a recent awards gala, the makers of the ad had thought that shooting with them wouldn't be an issue. But on the day of the shoot, both actresses didn't come out of their vans for several hours and the crew had no choice but to wait for them.

They even considered shooting their portions separately but luckily, it didn't come to that and they somehow managed to get them to shoot together," says the source.

Both Sonakshi Sinha and Priyanka Chopra's spokespersons were not available for comment.

Amidst the race between celebrities to bag the big endorsement deals, this time around, two contemporary actresses are ready to share their brand and shoot for the same commercial. Many big names have more than one actress promoting their products and this time around too the international beauty brand Pantene has roped in Priyanka Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha for an ad.

Though the two actresses will be seen in the same commercial, we hear that the two of them shot for it separately owing to time or rather date constraints. When contacted, the spokesperson of Sonakshi said, "Yes, Sonakshi and Priyanka are doing an ad, but they have not shot it together. Due to their prior commitments and busy schedule, their dates did not match and thus they shot the ad separately against the green screen."

While Priyanka Chopra will be seen in Mary Kom Biopic and then Zoya's Dil Dhadakne Do, Sonakshi will be seen in Action Jackson and Tevar.
