Well, is she a woman? Is she a person? I don't find any quality in her being a person even. Hate her to the core, I just want to kill her, and if Raman wants to save her then, he can go ahead...they can live together in hell.

Our question should be, what kind of a man is Raman? Is he even a man? The way he is treating Ishu, due to his so called majboori, speaks of his character. Shagun is a vamp. We cannot expect anything better than this from her. But Raman is supposed to be the hero of the show and he is just being a first degree ass**** here.

O dear...he is a real, flawed character na😆! I am finding him more like a criminal. Cos, criminals or bad people do mistakes and crimes so often like him. I don't know any real man around me doing this lots of mistakes again and again. Sorry, that's my fault perhaps.

lol tanni, raman does not know how to balance two complex relationships. ishita told him to be respectful towards shagun and he took that way too 👏seriously. He was so blindly in love with shagun, that he did not see the signs of betrayal even when they were staring at him in the face. now, he obsessively loves his kid but does not see that his blindness is leading to his destruction. Perfect example of how emotions can cloud a person's sense and judgement. I don't know whether to laugh at him or pity him for his foolishness

Exactly. But, my decision is made already. I pity him, not only today, I am doing this for many days because of his foolish mistake for the sake of his blind love for Adi.😆 Any, defense doesn't justify his wrong deeds. Real men would do some mistakes like him. But, he is in an ocean of mistakes. And, he only thinks about his plight, can't he see others around him is being hurt because of his plight. Selfishness is a human quality, but his selfishness crossed limits and I can't match his some of good doings when I see his selfishness.

Yes ! He is a flawed character, but far from real. Since this is a fictional show, I don't expect any character to be completely realistic, but they should at least show some rationality and sensitivity. What Raman is doing to Ishu right now is totally heartless and I am appalled to see it. The way he was nonchalant in the last scene, I could not believe my eyes. Is this the same man who was hell bent on punishing the culprit just for the sake of his wife? When it comes to dealing with his personal life, he is an absolute fool, who knowingly finds himself sinking in the hell hole. and yet does nothing to get out of it. With a life partner like Ishita, he could face and survive any storm. But he chose to hide things from her and then says wish he could be with Ishita in this tough time. I mean, what kind of a jerk is he? That self talk was just to add more reasoning to his feeling of self pity. I do not see any reason why he should hide such a huge thing from Ishita.

Sorry to say, but all past few months have gone down the drain and Raman needs to prove himself all over again to even think of anything more than 'sirf Ruhi ke liye' in this marriage and I really hope Ishita doesn't disappoint.

ETA: Just wanted to add that I do not feel any pity for him. Its all his doing and the way he is blinded by Adi and Shagun, he has called this upon himself.

It's not that hard to understand her if you just look deep enough.

Yes she had an affair with Ashok. But if she was really just after the money, don't you think she would've left Ashok for some other richer guy? Or she would've tried to come back to Raman because evidently he's quite rich now? No. In her eyes, she got married to this geek of a guy, an absolute loser. Yes he loved her, but he couldn't give her anything she wanted (ex. freedom from extended family life, tons of money to spend, little to no responsibilities, etc). Then she meets this charming, worldly, rich Ashok Khanna who is interested in her. Not only does he manage to give her everything he wants, he himself is what she wants (tall, good looking, well respected, etc). When she broke up with Raman, he was none of those things. He only became "cool" and successful after Shagun left him.

Yes, she didn't take care of Ruhi. But she didn't even want Ruhi. Ruhi was a last ditch attempt to save their marriage. But when she had the chance of get custody of Ruhi when Ruhi was older, she tried. She tucked her daughter in bed at night, liked talking to her etc. So she did care. And her concern for her kids is also visible with Adi. No matter what people say, she LOVES Adi. She's not the best mother around, but she does attempt to take care of his child as best as she knows how (which again is not the best).

And yes, finally Raman is settled in life. But he has a new wife who has a) taken over her old position in both Raman's and Ruhi's life. Shagun is unsecure. For years she's lived with the security of knowing that she's an important person when it comes to Raman's life. But then suddenly, now her position is not so clear. Even in real life families where the exes don't really hate each other, there is initial friction when one ex gets married and brings another person into the story. She want's to show Ishita that just because Ishita entered Raman and Ruhi's life, that doesn't mean that Shagun is out of the picture.

Does she want to come back into Raman's life? No, I don't think so. Rather, she just wants to affirm her position in his life as the mother of his children and ex-wife. She want's to know that she still matters, and rightfully so as Ishita pointed out that Shagun is the mother of his children. But are Shagun's way's of finding security in her and Raman's relationship right? No, not at all.

Shagun is a very vain, insecure, selfish lady. I can assure you that there are many women like her in real life.
