all three goenkas speak about nitya being dead..

but uski dead body milli thi kya?

we know nitya is durga..

but sakshi, raknath, shaurya they dont..

sometimes cvs show sakshi to be super intelligent evil women and sometime too dumb.. in matter such as this are untouched..

these cvs have not touched this topic till now.. or it is a blooper..

just confused.. there are many incomplete portions in this story.. hope cvs fill in those gaps..

That task was under Mathur (Possibly). After his jail-term, Sakshi tried knowing about it from him. But, Being Frustrated with what Goenkas did to him, he didn't spill anything.

Well the kind of condition she was in when the goons were behind her ... And running in the jungle... And a car studenly hit her

That shows that she died .. Like 99.999999 chances

So they don't really care about her dead body anymore. Sakshi did try to do research on Nitya's. But I don't know something happened or she got busy. And all the others think that ... She has no power, she is died and she can't harm them

Sakhshi did try to investigate the possibility of Nitya being alive! She contacted Mathur in jail and got the whereabouts of the goons who were hired to finish Nitya. From them Akash got address of the hospital where Nitya was supposedly taken after her accident, and Akash retrieved the death certificate of Nitya and sent it to Sakshi. Seeing her death certificate, Sakshi was convinced that Nitya is dead ... so all this Durga's plan to cover up Nitya's whereabouts!

If it was a Western show, the Goenkas would send their man Friday to go looking for a grave where she is buried. But since Nitya was Hindu, they could just figure ok she has a death certificate and the remains were probably disposed of in the Hindu custom. I mean, they are careless. If they never identified Nitya's body, what about Bagchi and his daughter's? They just took Akash's word for it that they are gone from the picture.

From viewer's point of view valid question. Nice observation @ TM.

From Sakshi's point of view: She didn't care to know where the Bagchis have gone. They attacked them and neither of them died. They are missing for 2 years while Goenka clan concentrated on the rape case. Besides, since Payal admitted that she was not raped other witnesses if they are dead or alive hardly matters to her.The Bagchis mattered when Durga- Payal and Durga- bagchi connection was revealed.Thus, a game plan to kill them. Even this time she relied on Aakash for the business to be done. Sakshi don't have dirty hands actually . She instead have a dirty character.

As for Nitya, she knew her like the back of her hand. She was not one of those people who can be cowed down that easily. For Sakshi if Nitya was alive she would come on her own provided her sister's life was at stake . Nitya would never fight a battle based on treachery. Not to forget, the death certificate confirmed her death. Why or who would go againt the Goenkas to save that girl. She is more than sure that Nitya is dead

From Nitya's point of view: Her life was based on morals. She believed that truth shall find its own way. WIth that imdomitable courage she did slapped Shaurya. In retaliation her sister was raped. She didnt bent down but she went on to fight a rape case against the Goenkas. She lose everyone in this battle, be it her parents or her only friend Dev. The society also turned them down. She nearly escaped death thanks to Dr. Thakur. We will get to know how Dayal saved him and how his daughter died the same day. Why did Thakur help her is still a mystery and why was he apologizing his dead daughter is yet to be revealed. Nitya is therefore certain that her death has been accepted by all.

My point of view: According to me, the makers cn ultimately make the character of Mrs Goenka go insane instead of killing her or sending her to the jail. SOmething like the lady Macbeth ? She might believe Nitya is alive somehow and try to convince others while others start believing that she is hallucinating. Then she can get on medications rather forcibly. Durga can then easily change her medications like she did for Payal and let her go to the mental hospital finally. I think it is a better idea. What say ?
