I have a feeling that Rehan likes Nida for some strange reason. And at the very last minute he will confess to his mother and then she will make a 360 and choose Sanam for Ahil.

oh it can be just wishful thinking.

Good thinking.Possibilites are there
It can be the other way also.
After realising Rehaan has fallen for Sanam,Tanveer may take a 360 turn and get Sanam married to Aahil.Bcoz at the end of the day,Tanveer loves her own son Rehaan.So she cant afford to let her son marry a cook

I don't think Rehan will ever chose a girl like Nida for him. Nida is just not his type.
