I have a feeling that Rehan likes Nida for some strange reason. And at the very last minute he will confess to his mother and then she will make a 360 and choose Sanam for Ahil.

After realising Rehaan has fallen for Sanam,Tanveer may take a 360 turn and get Sanam married to Aahil.Bcoz at the end of the day,Tanveer loves her own son Rehaan.So she cant afford to let her son marry a cook
