H Diya,
Once again a very insightful post.
I must say that the makers have handled the current issue very well. The actors too have done an excellent job. đ
Alcohol abuse, spousal abuse, victimized children are an universal issue. These happen in the best of the families and the worst of the families. Some can handle troubled relationships smartly and some just don't know any better.
Dilsher and Mala made a grave mistake 15 years back where Rudra was concerned.
One day Mala wrote a letter and left. She did come back to get Rudra, but Dilsher threw her out (at least once according to a FB) and kept in touch with Danveer to find out about Rudra. Should Mala have tried harder to get Rudra - perhaps, but we don't know her reasoning for that.
Rudra was in his home with his father, uncle, aunt and cousins...he would be taken care of and good sense says that family should take care of their own. Danveer wanted to keep him but Dilsher and Mohini were against it. Dilsher moved away from the haveli to keep Rudra away from his mother and fed him bitterness and lies. This was an intentional step by him.
Rudra the boy and pre Paro - what a tragedy!! As troubled as his inner turmoil is there is an inherent good in him and in the worst of early days with Paro he was caring and it increased as he and Paro got closer. Now Paro has become his world and it is almost scary that unless he can find balance within himself re Paro's position in the family his obsession and possessiveness can become detrimental for both of them. However, I think Paro will manage this well and since he does listen to what she says they will work it out...he did go talk to Dilsher after his chat with her!!
Paro-Rudra, liked their conversation and his going to sleep in her lap in the courtyard. I am starting to like their courtyard myself, it is beautiful and quite romantic with candles and the plants!! đ Rudra is a secret romantic and poet, he wrote a beautiful love note for Paro the other day and took photo(s) secretly. đł
Loved Paro's simple silly chatter to make him smile. đ
Dilsher and Mala made mistakes, have admitted to it and it is now time for conversation and redemption.
As Paro says, let it go and move forward to be happy!!
We have two Ranawat families,
Dilsher's family - shattered
Danveers family - intact, but how healthy are they?
Did anyone notice the solo child on the back of Rudra's drawing? Why did he at that age draw himself to stand alone and that too in one color, at least it appeared to be one color. đ
Sorry Diya...too long again...late night again...5am and I need a couple of hours of sleep before I have to get up for work!!
