Would Sonakshi be an actress without her Sinha last name and fathers connections ? #justsaying

What rubbish!!!
Sonakshi has given just one good perfomance. How can someone even compare her with aishwarya???
Maybe she is not one of the best actresses bollywood has ever had but she is a good actress.A much much better actress than Sonakshi.
People who think so please go and watch movies like Devdas, hddcs, chokher bali, provoked, raincoat,Jodha Akbar etc.Thats quite a list i think.

It's funny how one good performance by Sonakshi in Lootera is used to disregard the entire filmography of an acclaimed actress. How about the past flowerpot roles Sona did before Lootera happened? Nobody seems to talk about them..

Even Mallika Sherawaat's performance is lot better in that Pyar ke side effects/Shadi ke side effects whichever was the movie with Rahul Bose..
Sonakshi is lot better than that non-actress in every sense ! 😛

Okay so one person just said they found Sonakshi's performance better than all Aishwariya's performances. Ignoring the fact it's one individual's percpeption and now you all start ranting about Sonakshi's filmography

She is 3 - 4 year old in industry. It's not Aish had much to brag in her first 3 years besides HDDCS. So with more years and work added on Sonakshi's filmographhy, You can then fully bash the one weaker filmography

How can we compare one film performance with a career? Let's either compare another performance or their careers.

I loved Sonakshi in Lootera, I thought it was a great film. In fact it's the only film worth talking about in Sonakshi's five year old career, rest are all flowerpots in masala nobrainers. Aishwarya had given Iruvar, Jeans, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Taal, Mohabbatein, Josh, Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, Kandukondain Kandukondain and Devdas in her first five years. That's a lot of range and versatility, and most of those films are still remembered fondly by audiences.

I think an equivalent of Sonakshi's Lootera performance would be Aishwarya's Guzaarish, both films didn't do great at the box office but both of them received immense critical acclaim and quite a few awards.

Sonakshi's performance in Lootera was nothing special to talk about. Sonakshi looked like elder sister to Ranveer in that film.
