We are sure that you do know that Crime Master Gogo was a 'khandaani chor' the nephew of Mogambo. Therefore it was no surprise when he proclaimed that he plays marbles with people's eyes (his Uncle used to throw people into acid and distant relative Shakal fed enemies to crocodiles). Like the rich kids of today spending daddy's money, Gogo can do as he pleases. That includes never changing his clothes. Even Batman has spare suits but not Gogo.
