P.s :- This post is for all those who feel Shakti & Tushar make an amazing duo and who wants them to work on certain aspects and become more better.

After taking everyone's feedback..

I/We will forward this messages to Tushar & Shakti in some or the other way.

I genuinely feel this will help them alot and also they mentioned in the IV to write what we feel and also if we have any requests of dance styles or anything they can do.

As of now,

Please give both opinions and aspects they should work on and also what you want to see them doing in the upcoming weeks.

For Eg :- I liked 'Cutiepie Rani' theme of Cancer.

Opinions will be sended in 2 days and then requests will be sended after few.

Please GIVE YOUR HONEST OPINIONS.

This is a wonderful effort, Snigdha. I hope they read the messages and give us more memorable performances.

I only have three points to mention.

1. They need to perform on the songs between fast and slow. Slow doesn't work for Shakti, Fast doesn't work for Tushar. They need to find a middle ground like Teri Deewani.

2. Please, please, please more unique dance forms. Not contemporary. Anything but contemporary will work. Literally anything. They need to get out of the comfort zone and make an effort to show different styles. Concept-driven dancing will be better than technical dancing.

3. It will be wonderful if they danced more and did less lifts. I know that Indian audience adore lifts, but cutting lifting down to the minimum will only help their case.

- Rest I feel they are perfectly okay together. People are too critical on IF. If Shakti-Tushar were really not clicking well together, people won't be gushing over the two everywhere else. I think they are pretty good, just need to explore different dance styles.

They should work on couple-work more...i dont find much chemistry bw this duo 🤔
They both should stand-out in performance not only just one out of them like in Kamli it was Shakti & in Laal-Ishq it was Tushar :/

PS Amazing thread Snig it will help Shakti lot 👍🏼

You don't know how much it would mean to me to see that cancer theme. I would be so obliged to whoever suggests that idea and if that idea is actually implemented. And it would be really nice seeing a strong dancer/choreographer jodi like Shakti/Tushar carrying the theme off.

I think that Shakti needs to start going out of her comfort zone. We all know her brilliance in contemporary dance. I want to see a pure classical dance form from her. Tushar and her need to build chemistry together, but without losing the touch of dance. We all know that Shakti is a brilliant dancer and Tushar is a brilliant choreographer, but now both these two need to bring in their strong points and put it together. I don't think their first two acts were deserving of a 10. They need to put that wow factor in and they need to click as a couple. Then it will be amazing.

thanku for the post snigs...much needed...
though i loved all their performances bt still improvements can be made...
m still waiting for a full on classical dance..a PURE classical
tushar needs to make sure that choreography should nt be shakti centered jst lyk laal ishq...it was a beautiful duet bt the previous performances had shakti leading...
then they need to work a bit more on couple work...i still feel its lacking somewhere...
shaks mostly a single stage holder so performing duets immediately is nt easy i know...it is acting as an hindrence in her own forte...e.g...laal ishq ws in contempory bt it wasnt her best...so they need to make sure that her best comes out...
i want them to do pasa doble passionate salsa...kathak or bharatnatyam...nd any form on the song hum tum

Few points from me too

They should work in partner work as every one said..
Personally I want Shakti to perform on pure classical Indian dance forms...
I will love to see some emotional performances as u mentioned the cancer theme somewhere I wanna see how'll Tushar emote it... n even I want to.see a complete emotional round for Shakti too..

I loved their all 3 performance specially the lal ishq one.I love them as a couple they look really good.

But somehow i feel they lack chemistry part. Both of them are excellent dancers as individual but chemistry and couple wise still there are much scope to become one.

So please request them to focus on chemistry part. Also please shakti do other dance form without mixing contemporary.
Indian audience like more dramatic form of dance compared to technicality as Maksim mentioned in one of his interview. They get bored of contemporary easily after some time and want more emotion or rather you can say drama/bollywood factor. So if Shakti and Tushar want to increase their vote bank they need to focus on that.

So chemistry and variation of dance form these two i request from Shakti and Tushar. I know they can very well do that.

I love them and rooting for them in my first Jhalak Dikhla ja.

Well I dun find any problem in chemistry,As wid every passing performance I find it growing.. N M loving Shakti-Tushaar duo..

As they both stands out,I wud love to see dem doing different forms everyweek.. N I firmly believe lifts are a part of dance only but I wud want to see her doing things tht she is not accustomed to.. Tushar is a brilliant choreo.. M sure they can giv much breath taking performances not that they r not giving..

contemporary defines Shakti di n no one can touch her in dat but i want to see her doing anything n everything.. :D :D n M sure she l set a benchmark there too..
