Tere Naam
Hands down, i still havent watched it again.I never cried so much , more than the fact that they didnt get together..it was depressing how much Salman went through in that prison/mental facility..and how he couldnt get out even after he was sane. And the worse, when he finally got out..it was too late..i m getting depressed just thinking about it.after that Pinjar, Urmila..just outstanding, and story was too real and depressing😒

All the choices make me teary and I add Tere Naam to the list. But my choice is Sadma make me sob simply because it is incomplete . I can even understand why the parents wanted to forget about the time their daughter spent away from them and not wanting to know what happened. But it is most tragic to me because the Sri character (I don't remember her name) will never know how much Somu (the character played by Kamal) loved her. I remember the name of this character because it embodies pure, unconditional love. The way he runs about those hills, falling and what he does at the train station to make her remember. I would roll my eyes at any other movie because it can be rather syrupy, but it always makes me sob like a fool because he is trying so hard to make her remember. She most probably had a very nice life, married someone rich but she would never know a pure, unconditional love like Somu's who loved her at her most vulnerable and that is why Sadma is most tragic to me.

I remember watching it on Star Gold in 2000!Poor baby roaming all alone on roads searching for his mother. 😕When he sat near a garbage bin and ate something and there was a stray dog beside him...I could have cried...It was just a toddler!

Can bollywood invest in more such shows with good looking leads and aesthetic sets? Our OTT is full of ugly people who look like they haven't...
