Honestly this show will lose its charm and thrill if eye-locks and romance is introduced
just to have a pair for the sake of pairing the two.
Dev was a good friend of Nitya and he has to remain on that term for a while and not distract Durga from her mission to get justice among ruthless people like the Goenka's.
I am sure Durga will use him to make Shaurya jealous but that too is just so her plan works and brings her closer to her goal.
Later I am sure when it is all over they can walk off into the sunset holding hand.
