Thing is I don't watch the show for woman empowerment. Women empowerment (WE) should be like a context, a background on which a story is based.
The problem nowadays with TMKOC is that there is no coherence.

Earlier, the story was based on the GD Society as a whole. Now only the Gada Parivar is put on a pedestal which would still be fine if it was at least funny.

@Debby
Exactly. Bravery with silly antics. Imploring kidnappers by calling them Bhai and tying a rakhi to them is not a sign of WE.
Making "mannats" and then having someone else fulfill them is not WE. Instead it's promoting superstition. Moreover empowered people have a sense of self respect and self belief. They believe in "shradha" and devotion to a deity, not running exchange offers with God.

And in the yoga track, suggesting that a donkey should kick Jethalal to cure his backache, was the absolute height of ignorance and stupidity. Empowerment never came into the picture. I think any sane person can make out the disastrous consequences of such an undertaking, that is being kicked by an animal.

Totally agree with you!👍🏼
For the purple part
I would have preffered that they would have shown something sensible n much more realistic to tackle the gundas by Daya! Like Pepper Spray or sumthing of that sort of!😊
They could have made the Scene a bit more close to Reality!
She tied them Rakhis n the matter is solved!😆
Whoa!😆Real Life m criminals aise nhi hote😆
n the most funniest part was when she fought with the Chaddi Gang using a water Bottle😳🤣
But this doesnt mean that every thing in that Track wasnt foolish like this,
Like one thing that I think was good when Daya didnt relent upon recieving threats from the Gang
When they were threatening her to not to go against them in the Court!😳

n about the Pink part
Superstition p toh m kya bolu😆
Itna publicise jaata h Show m🥱
Daya n her Mum give the most insane Ideas!🤢
Evn Sundar is no less😆
In Bhootni Track he only gave Daya the idea to call tha Jhumroo Baba😛
n the whole Society belives them n experiment those outrageous weird totkas too😕😆

@ baun- addict. That is the point. Daya is clever in one shot and moron in another. Remember, she learnt English and etiquette in a day to settle scores with the jewlerry fraudster ? And then she is the one who says ," sorry, Bhide bhai main vote nahi de sakti, mere pass Aadhar card nahi hai"
Show is inconsistent. Sometimes Champak chacha is nothing less than shaktiman and in thhe next track you will find him scared of dogs. Jettha doesn't have another pair of shoes? Really ? He had to wear his wife's sandal? Am I to believe that ?

Wives trying to outsmart their husbands is not called woman empowerment. Besides, there is not need to preach moral values in this show and even you do so you should be careful about those insane ideas and superstition inviting formulas of the great invisible mother.

The show is a real mess now. I wont feel anything if it goes off air now...

@Barun_Addict
That's what I meant. It's jarring and unrealistic.

@ Debby
I wouldn't care either if it went off air. Haven't seen the show in nearly a month now.
