Shiv (Siddharth Shukla), the protagonist of Colors' Balika Vadhu(Sphere Origins) is going through an embarrassing phase in life with his secretary Rasika (Shweta Mahadik) accusing him of a molestation charge.

The scenario will get dirtier with Rasika dragging Shiv to court. And Vivek Kabra, essayed by Vimarsh Roshan will yet again get into the picture, as the lawyer trying to prove Shiv to be innocent.

In the coming episodes, Rasika will tell the court that Shiv used to make her work at late hours. And on the cursed day, he did call her into the cabin to get some official details. And while she was searching for a file, Shiv had pounced on her and tried to misbehave with her. Rasika will go all out in calling Shiv a womanizer. Even outside the court, the girl will put Shiv to a lot of embarrassment by speaking of certain indecent moments that Shiv had with her.

In the court, it will be an uphill task for Vivek to prove Shiv's innocence, as they do not have any evidence with them. However, the intelligent lawyer will ask the court about the missing CCTV camera from inside the cabin of Shiv. He will indicate that there is something fishy with the camera going missing.

When contacted, Vimarsh Roshan said, "Yes, Vivek is now back to court to fight yet another case. It will be a tough task for him as there are no proofs to prove Shiv's innocence. Every court case is interesting, and this will yet again bring in a lot of twists in the track."

What is the point in talking about CCTV now???

Wouldn't the enquiry comittee have examined the CCTV footage if it had been available?
How is that S did not mention CCTVs in the enquiry?

Here we go...the very obvious blooper
After all., the lawyer needs to be credited for his 'intelligent' discovery
It would have been good, if this CCTV never existed only...
So, now, the focus will be on finding this CCTV ? and all will be well ? 🤪
How Lame that can be !!!

TFS.
But Government offices do not have CCTV cameras - it is another matter that creatives can invent one if they want. They have conveniently placed a CCTV in hospital store room and record room before.

Initially when all this happened he may not have thought of CC TV footage but by the time the enquiry started he was quite calm and composed. Why did he not mention the CC TV in the enquiry?
Why did the enquiry comitte not talk about CC TV footage???
Now this track has gone down the drain🤢😡
Bad job by the writers.
If thye wanted to talk about CC footage they should have used that angle from the beginning.
Thye should have gone on searching for the CC TV footage if they found it missing.

Yeah , if there was CCTV camera in Shiv's cabin, then he himself should have shown the footage to his staff immediately after Rasika had accused him of molestation with her disheveled state. It would have clipped her wrong accusation in budding stage. And should have kept the footage securely with him or better have shown it to the media when Rasika has involved the media in it.

If they are ending this track with recovery of missing CCTV footage now , then whole case will look unnecessary drag.
Now I want Anandi to go and dig Rasika's past and prove her accusation wrong with proper proofs .She must have left clues in her earlier offices too. No short cuts now.

Did Shiv's office in Jeitsar have one ?
Or did he get it arranged to unmask Heth's fraud, that particular night ? 😕

They are wanting to prove, CCTV has been mishandled by the culprit or it has been hidden by her.
But the point they have dumbly overlooked, is Why Didn't Shiv notice and raise this point in the enquiry, being in charge of the office.
Hope against hope...is it possible that there is no camera into Shiv's cabin , but only into the rest of the office., so what had happened in Shiv's cabin does not have any evidence ? and So, Shiv did not raise this point...?
Can we at least expect such an argument from CV's ?
