All clues point to Param!
1st anything Simmi knows Param knows
- Simmi was the first one to know Amma was looking for Romi, so I'm guessing she told Param that info and he cause the accident thinking that everyone will blame Romi and he will come join his side
- He even went and talked to Romi, but point to be noted is that he didn't have to find him cause Simmi already told him where Romi was hiding
2nd the car at the naan karan
- the car was in the compound when Param was there and when he left the car was gone too
3rd the phone
- Ashok and Tondon work together and Param works for Ashok so there is a good chance they were on the same table at a meeting
- if Tondon doesn't know about the Simmi Param problem he would call her Ishita bhabhi in front of Param
- Simmi could have taken the documents from Raman to make the number for Param
4th the new Shagun Gaffor bhai car issue
- if it's Param then of course Shagun take his side and yell at Gaffor bhai
Or it could be Adi who caused the accident but Param went out protecting him so the phone is still his
