In All Honesty .... ?

... Did Shakti deserve a 10? Okay, first off let me get this straight that I am no basher or hater and really enjoy performances by Shakti. She's so talented. But let's get real. Did she really deserve a 10 for her 2nd performance. I thought the standards were higher this season. I watched the performance with my sister and both of us thought that she should of gotten a 9. But not a 10. This is only the 2nd week of the show and already 10s are being given out. Where's the competition then? I thought Max would give them a 9 because he critiqued their dance a bit, but even he gave a 10. Tushar and Shakti are fabulous, but the bar is set high and this performance wasn't a 10. Come on. But then again this is Jhalak and you can't expect a lot out of the show.

I'm not a Shakti fan at all...I've not seen any of her previous shows...but I think she is a fantastic performer...definitely the best of the lot this year. Thankfully she's been blessed with a good choreographer...something her sister Mukti was not.

If we are going by choreography, her choreography was very intricate and complicated tonight, and she nailed it. Last week, while it was a lovely performance, the choreography was easier to figure out. She was much better tonight. However, the performance definitely did not deserve all tens. In fact, Purab was underscored.

Really good lifts but still not worthy of 40. I wanted to see more dance moves and kamli is such a good dance track.

Not really i feel somethibg was missing

I don't understand why Maks gave her a perfect when he criticized her performance, but then again I am not surprised (because we know how the scoring works). Anyhow, I felt that she deserved a 9 because her foot work was heavy and stiff. However, in it's entirety the dance was well executed and choreographed.

She was brilliant and spectacular. Perhaps the only pair where we could make out the dance-forms. Leg work was excellent but like Maks said the couple intensity that tango needs was lacking, she completely overshadowed Tushar. Maks and Remo should have kept the 9 . But honestly the way they distribute freebies ,I am not surprised. Still the best performer on the floor . Her 9 should be the benchmark for others and make her work for that extra 1.

I agree, she was fantastic and no doubt that her performance was the best, but I don't think she deserved a 10. 9 would have been right.

though m very very happy with the perfect 40 bt still..was confused wen maksim gave her 10 inspite of lacking couple thing b/w them as per him...he cud hv given her 9...nd she cud hv earned +1 next week..whats big deal...
so all in all...yeah...marking system isnt my cup of tea...
nd i very well agree with what star girl said..choreography was intricate nd smthing refreshing
