I know its too soon Shakti on Jhalak, but many of us have seen both Shakti and Lauren BEFORE they came on Jhalak, they both been dancing for years - so I just wanted to see who likes which dancer more, considering they are both very popular and celebrated dancers. So whose the better dancer?

I think I would have to say Lauren because I've seen her doing more dance forms especially after her journey on Jhalak. She went out of her forte to try more of the Indian dance styles that she was not familiar with and for the most part she excelled in them. Lauren as now been exposed to both Western and Indian style.

For Shakti, she's great at what she does and amazing at contemporary dance. But I think she can do a lot more and has yet to prove herself in many dance forms. Shakti needs to go out of her comfort zone a bit and try newer styles that she has never attempted before.

Edit: On a side note, I do believe this forum is filled with Shakti fans and that half of the fans just love her to death and hence won't be fair in giving and honest vote. The other half will give an honest opinion. Shakti has a bigger fan base and is much more popular. I just hope fans put their love aside for her and vote on the context of dancing and versatility.
