And yes, we miss the lovely Parud moments. And yes, there's alot of rona dhona. And yes Kakisa is toxic. And no, we don't get Mala. BUT this is EXACTLY how Rang Rasiya was meant to be. High voltage drama, attention to tiny details and a grand master plan that eventually makes sense. Now, Kakisa's khit pit does not seem annoying, there's a place for it. Bapusa's consideration, Mala's silence, and Laila's desperation. All of it has a place, all of it makes sense, all of it will play out. And through it all, we will see Paro and Rudra grow and mature as they should.
When Mala first came back, my first thought was, man, would it have killed the CVs to let us watch Rudra give Paro the Mangalstura? But today, after watching Paro discover the Mangalsutra and question Rudra, I realized, no, they were right. There's a plan here. That detail will have its culmination in a way that's right and make's sense, not just to appease the audience.
There is much for Paro and Rudra to get over and grow into yet. Yes, he loves her, and has an awareness of it, but he still does not fully trust her, courtesy of his mother's betrayal and his father's poison. All that has to be purged first. And boy are we seeing some power-packed dialogues and scenes.
Yes, I miss drooling over the romance, but at the end of every episode in this last week, I have walked away satisfied and content, knowing that all is as should be, and eventually it shall be as we want it to be.
Khama Ghani folks.
